Two fun projects are coming together! Lucky Star Cavalier Rescue asked me to create their anniversary print (see above portraits to soon become part of the print!).
And Wags and Whiskers, a local rescue group, is having a benefit event May 15th at Champps in Minnetonka. I'm donating four 'pop marquetry' style portraits to their event! One of the subjects for this project has pretty obvious scars from a not so happy life before being rescued. I hope by donating these portraits Wags and Whiskers can help other dogs or cats that are not in a good place and help them find a happy home.
